1.包饺子剩的馅,白菜木耳猪肉馅的

2.白菜叶只取叶子部位,洗净

3.入沸水锅里汆烫一下,取出过凉水

4.白菜叶太大,再纵向一分为二

5.白菜叶头部留出一块空间,铺上饺子馅

11.蒸好的白菜取出,多余的汁液篦到小碗里(忘了拍照)

12.热锅凉油,爆香葱姜

13.加入1大匙生抽、1大匙陈醋、1大匙白糖、蒸白菜卷的汤汁,再额外加点清水,煮沸后尝尝味道,可以再加盐、醋、糖,调成喜欢的味道

14.待汤汁减少,稍显浓稠时加入水淀粉勾芡,勾芡不要太稠,多留点汤汁蘸着白菜卷吃更美味
