1.原味粽子待用。

2.剥去外衣。

3.锅里放油烧热后下粽子,中小火慢炸。(小心油溅出来烫着)。

4.立起来再炸至全部金黄即可。

小窍门&温馨提示
1.如果是比较大个的粽子用刀切块再油炸。
2.全程中小火,大火炸不透。
