1.煮豌豆

2.切肉丁

3.腌制肉丁15分钟:放一勺生抽,一勺淀粉,一勺料酒

4.在等待腌制肉丁的时候,将蒜苔也切成一厘米左右的段,然后热锅冷油将肉丁滑散至发白后即可

5.盛起备用

6.用炒肉丁的余油炒一下蒜苔,约一分钟,此步不用放任何调料盛起备用

7.锅中再放少许油,放入新鲜甜面酱,开小火(以防焦掉),滑散后

8.开大火的同时倒入肉丁,让每一粒肉丁都挂上面酱,再倒入豌豆,炒1-2分钟
