14.倒入小奶锅中,边加热边搅拌至稠,关火冷却,加入橙子味力娇酒(适量)

15.打发淡奶油(100克)至7分,提起有尖角即可,不能太硬

16.把打好的淡奶油加入已冷却的蛋黄糊中拌匀,就可以挤入戚风蛋糕杯里面啦
