1.青椒跟杭椒切条,生姜大蒜切末备用。(家里人不喜欢菜里有辣椒籽,所以杭椒都去了籽,)

2.五花肉和瘦肉切片

3.锅里放油,小火煸炒五花肉(煸出肥油吃起来不会腻)

4.再放入瘦肉炒至变色,扒到一边,放入生姜大蒜末炒香

5.放辣椒炒软

6.放入豆豉和盐,辣椒和肉混合炒几下
