5.萝卜去皮洗净,擦成丝,用盐打一下,挤去汁待用

小窍门&温馨提示
1.萝卜不要挤的太干,带点水份更好。
2.炒香菇会出水,连水倒入肉馅.
3.肉馅里最好加些肉皮冻.
4.如果肉太瘦,加些调和油。
5.面粉的用量我是估计的。
6.这些肉馅一共做了123个馒头。
