1.生蚝拿回家,洗净泥沙,靠起来流掉多余的水分,

2.蒜米和辣椒打碎

3.蒜米内加上酒、黑胡椒粉、蚝油、酱油、柠檬汁拌匀

4.把生蚝码放到烤架上,底下放上锡纸铺好的烤盘

5.把蒜末填充到生蚝里面,放进烤箱,210度,烤20分钟
