1.准备食材

2.黄油放入无油无水的碗中,筛入糖粉和奶粉。

3.厨师机低速打发黄油至顺滑无颗粒状后,蛋黄液分两加入到黄油中,一边低速打发一边加入蛋黄液,黄油完全吸收蛋黄液,颜色慢慢略为浅色膨发的羽毛状。

4.筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀搅拌面团,把葡萄干揉进揉面团里。

5.分成15g左右的小剂子,揉成团
