1.糯米头一天晚上泡好,如果没有时间,第二天用开水泡发2小时也可以。

2.肋排我去掉了两头,只留了中间的精排,这样蒸出来更好吃,肉更嫩。

3.放入十三香和胡椒粉,倒入两勺红酒码味备用。

4.紫薯洗干净切成小条,便于垫底摆盘。

5.把紫薯条摆入盘中成花形。

6.香辣酱两勺放入排骨中。

7.让香辣酱均匀涂抹在排骨上。

8.最后放入一勺生抽,上色增香。排骨的味道码好了。

9.浸泡好的糯米倒掉水,饱满而透亮。

10.把排骨一块一块放入糯米中,裹满糯米,摆在紫薯上。

11.裹好糯米的排骨摆好啦!

12.电高压锅倒入开水,放入蒸盘。

13.把糯米排骨放入锅中1小时。

14.出锅。由于我把剩下的糯米都放入盘中,所以显得太满啦!

15.夹一块排骨,糯米软糯透亮,排骨鲜香,美味。
