2.低粉、玉米淀粉、奶粉混合过筛

6.中低速搅打,注意观察蛋白状态,至蛋白变硬再加入另外剩余的一半粗砂糖,至能拉出短小直立的尖角

7.将水、色拉油、细砂糖、盐加入蛋黄中,用刮刀翻拌

8.再加入可可粉翻拌

10.将蛋黄混合糊倒回剩下的蛋白中翻拌均匀
