鲜奶,
100至150毫升,
鲜奶油,
50至100毫升

盐适量,

4.水开后,放入马铃薯煮20至30分钟(看马铃薯的大小)

5.用筷子插下能穿过就代表已熟了。

6.倒掉水,趁热把马铃薯用叉子压成泥。

7.鲜奶倒进小锅中开小火煮至微热。

8.把微热的鲜奶慢慢滴加进薯泥中拌匀。(加鲜奶是让薯泥不会太干,但不要过多以免变滴软趴趴哦)

9.再加入鲜奶油,奶油,盐和胡椒粉拌均匀。(可试下味道,以自己的口味为标准,再适量滴增减)
