1.先把所需要的材料准备好;

2.虫草花用清水泡软;

3.猪肉切碎;

5.虫草花和肉不分离即可(我不喜欢肉切得太碎,所以我喜欢用搅肉机搅碎肉);

6.加入蛋清;

7.加入适量的盐和白糖搅拌均匀;

8.取25克的肉揉成完圆型;

9.锅里加入水大火烧开;

10.把丸子放上去大火蒸15分钟即可(不能蒸太久,肉老了不好吃,我用电磁炉大火蒸15分钟刚好)。
