32.把拌好的圆白菜放入密封袋中,用手挤压排出里面的空气,按好拉锁,为了安全起见不至于进入空气,外面再套一个普通的塑料保鲜袋即可,要厚实一些的为好。在常温中放置两小时后,下入冰箱冷藏,24小时后便可食用,冬季要时间久一些。至此操作全部完成。
