1.准备尖椒四个

2.洗净,从中间切2段,再切成细丝;

3.猪肉切较粗的丝,加料酒、淀粉,用手抓匀;

4.炒锅入油,油微热时,下肉丝翻炒,变色后盛出;

5.锅里再倒入少量的植物油,油热时倒入青椒丝翻炒,

6.青椒丝变软后,把炒好的肉丝倒回锅里,翻炒均匀,
