1.排骨冷水入锅焯水。

2.水开煮一会儿,过凉水,洗干净。

3.春笋尖切块。

4.春笋加一点盐焯水。

5.春笋焯完水过凉水洗一下,可以去除草酸,和排骨一起放入电高压锅。

6.高压锅压30分钟就可以了。

7.起锅,加盐、鸡精、胡椒粉调味,加枸杞和香菜就可以上桌了。
