小窍门&温馨提示
1、擀饺子皮时多沾点面粉以防粘皮。
2、煮饺子的时候我们北方的习惯是中间要加3次水才算饺子正式煮熟。差不多也就10分钟。但是中间要隔2-3分钟翻一下才不会粘锅。
