1.胡椒粒取适量,用刀柄敲碎。

2.粉肠用生粉抓洗一下,清洗干净,放入高压锅。

3.放入胡椒碎。

4.加入适量清水。

5.高压锅大火煮开上气后转小火压5分钟,喜欢特别软的可以压久一点。

6.酸菜清洗干净切碎,放入酸菜自己腌制的,所以不需要用清水浸泡。

7.锅中热油爆香姜片。

8.放入酸菜下锅翻炒,炒出水份。

9.压好的粉肠捞出切小段。

10.将炒好的酸菜转入砂锅中。

11.放入粉肠。

13.大火煮开转中小火煲15分钟左右。

14.出锅前少许盐调味即可,自己腌制的酸菜不会太咸,所以需要调味。
