巧克力软心也可以冷藏过夜。
滚花生碎巧克力的时候,动作要迅速,以免巧克力软心化掉。
做好的巧克力可以放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。不过冬季气温低,做好最后一个,先前做好的巧克力已经基本上凝固了。
