1.羊肉 葱姜蒜干辣椒切好备用,不喜欢羊肉的可用牛肉或猪肉。

2.西芹焯水切段,香菇洗净切片。

3.锅内入油放羊肉炒干水分,放葱姜辣椒和花椒粉翻炒。

4.淋一汤匙酱油翻炒片刻。

5.倒入香菇翻炒至滑爽,因为香菇刚入锅比较吸油会很干,火不要太大。

6.香菇炒滑爽后倒入西芹大火翻炒几下,西芹是焯水了无需炒时间过长。
