1.先把香椿芽摘洗干净开水焯后取出

2.香椿切成碎末

小窍门&温馨提示
1、香椿含有较多的亚硝酸盐,烹调时都要先焯一下。
2、如果想将香椿保存更长的时间,也要先焯一下,淋干水分后装入保鲜袋中,冰箱再冷冻。
3、用虾皮替代盐营养搭配更合理。
