1.核桃去皮,把核桃仁放入锅中翻炒。

2.炒熟盛出待用。

3.锅中放入4勺白糖,两勺清水(糖水比例2比1)。

4.烧热,用铲子不断搅拌使白糖融化。

5.烧开,使水分蒸发掉。

6.转小火,冒大泡泡。

7.变成密集的小泡泡,这时水分全部蒸发掉关火。

8.加入炒熟的核桃仁。
