1.准备好原料。

2.所有原料,先液体后固体放入面包桶里面。

3.选择一个和面程序,在加半个和面程序一共30分种的样子。

4.揉到扩展阶段即可,不需要到完全阶段。

5.把面团平均分成6份,每个83克左右。

6.把六个面团滚圆,盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。

7.取一个松弛好的面团擀成圆形。

8.像包糖三角一样,把收口捏紧。

9.依次把六个面团都整形好,排入铺了锡纸的烤盘中,放入烤箱发酵,烤箱中放一碗热水增加湿度。

10.发酵到1.5倍大取出,烤箱预热180度 5分钟。

11.发酵好的面包坯上筛面包粉。

12.用刀片割出自己喜欢的花型。

13.放入预热好的烤箱中层,180度25分钟左右(根据自家的烤箱设定温度和烘烤时间)。

小窍门&温馨提示
此方水量大一些,第一次做放了130克水,第二次尝试140克也很好,145克没敢尝试,怕水多太黏;面团里有80克淡奶油,所以不用放黄油,很容易出膜;烘烤的温度根据自家烤箱调节。
