7.锅中放油烧热,只需平时炒菜的2/3的量即可。

12.加入花椒面,最后尝尝汤的咸淡,如果觉得淡就稍微加点盐。

14.加入焯过水的白玉菇,之后一片片平展地放入浆好的鸡肉片,放入墨鱼丸,这时千万别搅动鸡肉,否则会弄掉淀粉毁了汤。炖二十分钟。
