1.准备食材:饺子皮24张,肉馅:肉末里加姜末,生抽,盐,葱花,一起搅拌均匀;

2.饺子皮如图一张压一张重叠摆放好;

16.最后掀开锅盖收汁,底部煎的金黄脆脆的。

小窍门&温馨提示
1.用平底不粘锅煎;
2.肉馅不要放太多;
3.不要卷得太紧,否则会硬硬的,口感会不好;
