1.奥利奥饼干去除中间的奶油馅,装入保鲜袋中碾碎:黄油隔水融化同饼干碎搅拌均匀装入8寸的戚风蛋糕模具底部,放入冰箱冷藏1个小时。

2.取300克芒果去皮切块,用破碎机打成泥状。

3.取2片吉利丁片放入热水中融化。

4.融化的吉利丁液体倒入芒果泥中搅拌均匀。

5.淡奶油用电动打蛋器打发至出现纹路。

6.将芒果泥倒入淡奶油中搅拌均匀做成芒果慕斯液(预留1/6的液体做镜面),按照慕斯液+芒果丁+慕斯液+芒果丁的顺序,倒入三层慕斯液、两层芒果丁。放入冰箱冷藏4小时。

7.镜面处理:预留1/6的慕斯液,同80克热水内1片吉利丁片的液体相融合,制成镜面液体,待冷却后倒入模具中放入冰箱冷藏过夜。

8.芒果慕斯蛋糕体做好之后,再进行表面装饰(大功告成)。
