小窍门&温馨提示
1. 制作面皮尤其是油酥面皮时,猪油的添加需要灵活掌握,保证油酥面团的柔软度与油皮面团相符即可;
2. 整形时的切口,不要切太深,到一半高度就行了,否则烤过之后会散开;
