1.准备好食材:腐竹提前用适量清水浸泡半小时泡开,切成段备用,猪肉适量用料酒焯好水,切成块备用。

2.热锅下油,先把五花肉放入锅中煸炒出香味,煸炒至变色。

3.把瘦肉倒入锅中翻炒片刻,放入适量盐,少许冰糖翻炒。

4.锅中加入适量热水,放入适量生抽,少许老抽大火焖十五分钟。

5.肉大火先焖十五分钟后,倒入泡开的腐竹焖煮。
