1.先来制作发面部分:100g中筋面粉+酵母+白糖,根据面粉的吸水性适量的添加牛奶。

2.开始和面程序。

11.拿一个面团,按扁后擀开。

12.从上之下卷起来,松弛10分钟。

14.做好后松弛10分钟。

15.两边对折回来,尽量整理成圆形。

16.放入枣泥馅。

17.收口包好,四周稍微沾一点儿清水。

18.拿着小圆饼在芝麻里滚一圈,中间用红曲粉调成的水稍微装饰一下。

19.预热烤箱,上下火190度20分钟左右。
