1.所有水油皮原料放入面包机中搅拌20分钟。盖上保鲜膜醒30分钟。

2.油酥原料混合均匀成适当的面团,也盖上保鲜膜醒发。

3.先把醒好的两种面团分别等分成10个。

4.用水油皮面团包裹住油酥面团。

5.粘紧收口,分别做好。

6.把面团摁扁,从中间往上下两边擀开呈椭圆形,然后卷起。

7.依次做好后盖上保鲜膜醒20分钟。

8.把醒好的面团再摁扁擀开。再卷起,盖上保鲜膜再醒20分钟。

9.香葱切碎。

10.把面团擀成牛舌状,先均匀地撒上少许盐再撒上香葱碎。

11.折成三折,如图所示。

12.捏紧两边,擀开,摆放在烤盘里。

13.刷上一层蛋液,撒满白芝麻。生坯就做好了。

14.烤箱200度预热,约烘焙20分钟左右(温度根据自家烤箱调节)
