1.准备好所需材料:黄油 40g 低粉 80g 杏仁粉 15g 糖粉 40g 可可粉 10g 杏仁 20g 鸡蛋 适量

2.软化黄油,放入盆中,用打蛋器搅打成乳霜状。

3.加入糖粉,搅打均匀,把糖粉融入黄油中。

4.加入鸡蛋液,继续用打蛋器搅打均匀。

5.加入过筛后的低筋面粉、杏仁粉和可可粉到混合液中,用橡胶刮刀翻拌均匀,使之成团。

6.将杏仁敲碎后加入面团,继续用刮刀翻拌均匀。

7.将面团搓成条,用保鲜膜包裹好,放入冰箱冷冻1小时。冻好后取出,切大约5mm厚,放入烤盘中。

8.将烤盘放入预热至180℃的烤箱中,中上层,15分钟。

小窍门&温馨提示
由于方子量比较少,鸡蛋可以选小一点的,放一个,或者大一点的放大半个,免得太稀不好塑型。
