1.腊肠切片,红圆椒、青辣椒改刀切片,姜蒜切片。

2.起锅烧油,油热后加入姜片蒜片,中火煸出香味。

5.开大火,倒入青红椒继续煸炒。

6.炒至青红椒微微发软。

7.放一点盐(腊肠已经有咸味,只要一点点盐就可以)、鸡精、生抽调味,翻炒一分钟后加入淀粉水。

8.炒2分钟,汁已浓稠。
