1.用刀把小白菜根部去掉,叶子清洗干净,沥干水分备用。

2.银耳放水里泡发,大概三两分钟就泡发好了。

3.用剪刀把银耳背后黄色部分剪掉不要,雪白的银耳用手撕成小块清洗干净。

4.沥干水分备用。

5.把水烧开放入猪油、盐、酱油,味精。

6.放入银耳,拌匀。
