1.将中筋面粉放入碗中,用筷子画一条分界线(自有用意)。

2.用热水倒入碗中(在分界线的一处做烫面)。

3.另一半用冷水合面,用筷子搅拌成絮状。

4.揉成光滑面团,并盖上保鲜膜静置30分钟。

5.准备油酥和葱花。

6.将面团分成8等分,并盖上保鲜膜醒发。

7.取其中一块面团擀成长方形。

8.用油刷在面皮上刷上油酥。

9.撒上葱花和食盐。

10.用刀子做横向一条一条的切割(注意,两头不可切通)。

11.然后,卷起拉长。

12.从两端分别卷起。

13.将两端重叠按成圆饼形状,并擀成薄饼形状。

14.用保鲜膜一张一张地包好,放入冰箱冷冻(想吃手抓饼的时候,拿出来直接在电饼铛上烙熟,即可)。

15.剩余4个面团,分别做成饼胚。

16.电饼铛刷油(我新入的电饼铛是深口的,底部材料是纳米不粘锅硅胶,可以烙饼,可以放烤架进行烧烤)。

17.饼胚烤制只需几分钟时间即可烙熟,它的上盖也可以同时加热,省时省力。
