1.将豆沙馅取出

2.用双手揉捏一会儿

3.分割成8份,每份约25g重,分别搓成圆球状备用

4.取一份抹茶味桃山皮

5.同样用双手揉捏一会儿

6.也分成每份25g重之后搓圆

7.取一个抹茶皮用拇指在中央按压出坑状

8.放入一个豆沙馅

9.将皮慢慢向上搓,使其均匀的包住馅料

10.直至最后包好并封口

11.依次将所有皮、馅都包好

12.摆放入烤盘后,将模具套在包好的饼坯外侧,向下按压出花型

13.依次将所有饼坯都按压出花型

14.表面薄薄的喷一层水

15.送入预热好的烤箱中层,160度烘烤约12分钟

小窍门&温馨提示
1. 桃山皮和所用馅料都是买的现成的,所以做起来很简单;
2. 这里我用的是50g月饼模,皮馅按照1:1来做的,所以分割材料的时候皮和馅的重量都是25g/个;
