1.主要原料。

2.牛腱子把儿剁成块儿备用。

3.将牛肉洗净,焯水,去除血沫。

4.将牛肉放入电压力锅,加水,放酱油,料酒,甜面酱,葱姜,大料,盐,白糖炖制。

5.炖制四十分钟,牛肉熟透软烂即可。

6.油菜焯水备用。

7.开水下锅煮宽面条,煮熟捞出放入碗里。

8.煮好的宽面条,倒入牛肉汤,放入油菜,盛上牛肉即可。
