1.绿芥蓝菜选用芥蓝菜菜茎,用清水侵泡后洗净;

2.蘑菇丁使用新鲜蘑菇根,用清水侵泡后洗净;

3.胡萝卜去皮洗净后,切成1cm左右见方的丁;
