1.鸡蛋的蛋黄蛋清分开!

3.蛋黄中加糖搅拌均匀!

4.之后倒入牛奶搅拌均匀!

6.打发蛋清,加糖,两滴白醋,一点点盐打发!

7.打发至鱼眼泡的时候加入第二勺糖!继续打发!

8.出现细小泡泡时加入第三勺糖,最后打发至奶油状态!

9.然后把蛋糕糊倒到纸杯中,放上红枣!蒸锅上汽放入蛋糕蒸三十分钟即可!
