1.将水油面团配料里面的清水,猪油和糖粉放入盆里,隔水加热用手动搅拌器搅匀

2.晾凉以后筛入低筋面粉拌匀

3.将拌好的水油面团揉至起筋,保鲜膜包好放入冰箱冷藏一小时

4.将油皮材料猪油和低筋粉拌匀,保鲜膜包好冰箱冷藏一小时

5.将咸蛋黄放入白酒沾一下,烤箱150度中层10分钟
