1.嫩豆腐,用清水冲一下,切块;

2.肉末提前剁碎;葱、姜、蒜、泡椒切末;

3.生抽老抽各一勺、细盐少许、香醋、白糖、鸡精,加半杯清水调成料汁备用;

4.锅内倒油烧热,放入猪绞肉小火煸炒;

7.放入豆腐块,中火煮开汤汁;
