14.足量油加热,待油开始冒小泡泡的时候放入土豆虾球;

21.倒入第18步中调好的料汁;

22.中火翻炒至收汁,加入适量麻辣花生即可。
小窍门&温馨提示
1. 葱姜蒜粉的加入很提味,如果没有可以用切碎的葱姜蒜末替代;
2. 淀粉的量根据土豆泥的稠度调节,慢慢加入、混合,直至易于成团即可;
3. 捏好的土豆球沾一层生粉,以免相互粘连;
4. 花椒和干辣椒炸香后就可以挑出,免得不小心吃到会麻嘴。
