1.准备以上食材然后把香菇切碎,把鸡胸绞成肉沫。

2.再把玉米和香菇碎放入和鸡胸肉一起绞成肉泥。

3.锅里放入清水烧开,滴几滴油下把包菜放入烫软后及时夹起来。

4.加一勺五香粉和盐搅拌均匀。

7.先把两边折回来。

9.就这样包好了,放入蒸锅中蒸20分钟。

10.把葱白和蒜泥放入爆香,倒入蒸肉盘里多余的水加一勺生抽淋到蒸肉上,再撒上小米辣就可以了。
