1.材料

2.五花肉洗净,控干水分备用

3.锅洗净,烧干水分,入盐,八角,花椒,胡椒,草果,干辣椒,小茴香小火翻炒至盐微黄,且有香味发出,放凉备用

4.五花肉中加入适量的金格勒酱,带上手套涂抹均匀

5.放入炒好放凉的材料

6.再一次涂抹均匀,一定要仔细,这样才入味,抹好了,放入保鲜袋,一定要挤出空气,密封好入冰箱冷藏72小时

7.取出放在阴凉干燥处,自然风干

8.风干的酱肉洗净切段

9.入碗中放入锅中蒸熟切片ok(一定要蒸的,用水煮就没那么香,没那么好吃了),我用的电压高蒸20分钟就好,这是蒸好的酱肉
