1.把虾须和虾脚都剪掉

2.再开背去虾线

3.把新奥良粉加适量的水调匀

4.把虾放入调好的料汁中,再加少许的黑胡椒粉,搅拌均匀

5.放入冰箱静置2-3个小时至以上,中间时不时的拿出来翻一翻

6.炒锅加入适量的食用油,烧至8成热

7.倒入虾,大火翻炒至两面变色

8.倒入腌制虾时的料汁(因为虾肉不吸水的,所以腌制的料汁是不会减少的,肯定还会剩出来)

9.最后再加入一勺白糖,翻炒均匀即可
