1.油菜洗净,放在淡盐水浸泡十分钟

小窍门&温馨提示
1.面一定要硬,可以多醒一会,中间揉几次
2.先蒸再煮个水的面条做出来特别劲道
3.没有沙拉汁,自己拿芝麻酱,糖,醋,酱油,盐调也是一样的
