1.鸡蛋1个放碗里打散,加入糖粉搅打均匀

2.倒入牛奶,搅拌均匀

3.筛入低筋面粉用打蛋器慢慢的搅打均匀

4.将黄油隔水加热融化成液态以后,倒入面糊里,搅拌均匀

5.将面糊过筛2次,然后放入冰箱冷藏静置半个小时

6.平底锅刷上一层薄油,开小火加热。 舀入1大勺的面糊,用圆勺底部转动几下使面糊摊成圆形

7.小火一直煎到面糊凝固,用手轻轻将整张面皮揭起,放入盘中冷却

8.为了统一尺寸,拿一个六寸模具将4张面皮压一下成统一的圆形状,留1张较大的盖在顶部用

9.糖水黄桃沥干,一部分切成条状一部分切小粒

10.淡奶油加糖粉打发至提起打蛋器成尖角状

11.拿一张班戟皮铺底下,刷一层奶油,撒上一些黄桃末,再刷一点奶油铺上一层班戟皮

12.如此反复几次

13.最后拿一大张的盖在最上面

14.用条状黄桃在中间铺成一朵花

15.剩余的奶油装入裱花袋,在黄桃周围裱上几朵奶油小花,可放冰箱冷藏一下口味更佳
