1.两节藕去皮,用清水泡着。

2.藕切成两片连刀,如图。

3.将提前准备的肉馅用筷子夹适量放入藕夹。

4.用手将藕压平。

5.150g面粉加入240g清水,适量泡打粉,适量盐,适量鸡精,调成面糊。

6.食用油倒入锅中小火烧热。

7.将夹好肉的藕夹放入面糊,裹上面糊。

8.放入烧开的油里炸至两面金黄后捞出。

9.炸好的藕夹摆入盘中,适量辣椒粉,孜然粉,盐,鸡精,花椒粉搅拌均匀,洒在藕夹上。
