1.准备4个鸡蛋,两个大碗,擦干净,不留水分

2.把蛋清和蛋黄分开装碗

4.用三根筷子打蛋清,先是加一点点的盐然后打起来

5.起泡时加入一勺白糖

13.再把翻好的蛋糊倒到蛋清里再次上下轻翻

14.把电压力锅内胆擦干水份,抹点调和油,加热1分钟

15.然后把蛋糊倒进内胆中,在桌面上振动几下去除大气泡

16.把排气阀放到排气的位置,加热15分钟,再闷10分钟,打开一看,膨的好高呀
