1.买的猪蹄剁成两节

2.调料,冰糖20克,姜片,大料,桂皮,香叶,适量,猪蹄不要太多调料,要突出猪蹄本来的香味

3.先把猪蹄凉水下锅,烧开锅后,撇出沫子,再用一锅清水,加入红烧酱油,老抽,冰糖,调料,猪蹄一起下锅,大火,烧开,转小火,炖1个小时,猪蹄肉质变软后放盐,再小火继续炖一个小时

4.炖到猪蹄很烂糊的时候,大概就是现在的样子,勺子一碰就会掉骨头的软度

5.炖好了,简单,方便,味道很好,

6.拿一个饭盒,把猪蹄子用筷子夹开,剔出骨头,放点汤,放饭盒里,咱们做一个猪蹄冻。

7.放冰箱雪3个小时就是现在的样子,
