1.用手掐去两头,掰开一侧顺豆荚把豆荚侧边的茎撕掉。边搓边用清水冲洗。

2.锅里油烧热,沥水沥干的卷豆入锅,翻炒。

3.颜色微微变绿,加适量盐。

4.汤汁渗出,颜色碧绿,即可起锅。

6.我喜欢在处理豆荚的时候,挑几个比较饱满的,把豆子剥出来,炒好的成品里有豆荚有豆子,感觉特别好。
