1.核桃仁洗净,沥干水分(有些白的是剥了皮的,原来打算全部剥皮的,结果太累了)

2.下油锅炸至表面呈褐色

3.沥干油份,晾凉

4.锅留一点点油,倒入砂糖,融化至液态(注意火候,千万不要焦了)

5.下核桃仁,拌匀,让每颗都裹上糖浆

6.分开铺在油纸上晾凉(不然会粘在一起)

7.罐装,冷藏或放在阴凉处
